Meet Sasha

Sasha Shulman

Sasha is an attorney, licensed to practice in Florida. She is a Florida native, who grew up in Palm Beach County. Ms. Shulman graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. She then returned to South Florida to attend the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a member of the International Honors Fraternity, Phi Delta Phi, and served as Vice President of the chapter.

Prior to founding Shulman Law, Ms. Shulman served as an Assistant State Attorney for over a decade. She prosecuted cases in the Homicide, Career Criminal, Traffic Homicide, Domestic Violence, Felony, and Juvenile Units, and supervised twelve Assistant State Attorneys in the Felony Unit. As an Assistant State Attorney, Ms. Shulman handled cases ranging from misdemeanors to major crimes, including robbery, drug trafficking, and attempted murder. She was then promoted to prosecute cases in the Homicide Unit, where she handled and tried all levels of homicide, including First Degree Murder. Ms. Shulman litigated well over 50 trials and hundreds of motions during her tenure as an Assistant State Attorney, and maintained stellar trial record throughout her career.

With a unique perspective, utilizing fine-tuned analytical skills and attention to detail, Ms. Shulman offers services in the areas of Criminal Defense and Estate Planning. After serving the community for the Office of the State Attorney, she possesses the skills and knowledge to effectively navigate the criminal justice system. Relying on her experience, Ms. Shulman will discuss all of the available options and strategies, including the trial process. She offers services through the South Florida area.

Ms. Shulman also has extensive experience handling Estate Planning. The invaluable skills honed over a decade, between litigation and motion practice, lend to a comprehensive approach to handling your legacy matters. Ms. Shulman doesn’t just consider the document that is drafted, but the significance in safeguarding you and your family from future litigation. Additionally, after years of working with families who have suffered the loss of a loved one, Ms. Shulman understands the needs of a client and family when dealing with a legal dilemma during difficult times.
